How does Endless Eyewear work?

For $24.99 a month you receive an endless rotation of designer eyewear. After you sign up, pick your favorite pair and we'll send them to you. You can keep them for an unlimited amount of time as long as your membership is in good standing. When you're ready to change your style, order your next pair. Simply send us back your current pair and we will send your new sunglasses.
 

When will my first package arrive?

Once you have placed your first selection, you should expect your first pair of glasses within 5 business days. We do everything we can to deliver your glasses as fast as possible.

Will I get to pick the pair I want?

Yes! Pick the pair you want and we'll send them. It's that simple. If certain styles are out of stock or temporarily unavailable, we'll let you know up front and give you an option to select another pair you can receive more quickly.

What happens if I lose or damage an item?

We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. Your monthly fee includes insurance for minor mishaps like scratches and stretching. In the case of irreparable damage, loss or theft, you'll be charged 85% of the full retail price. Rewards that are earned each month can be used towards lost or damaged items.

When happens if I want to buy one of the pairs I receive?

To purchase an item currently at home with you, simply login and find the glasses on our site and choose to "purchase with my membership discount." Endless Eyewear members receive 15% off the purchase of their current pair. For each paid month you are in the program you also earn $10 that can be used to purchase your favorite sunglasses.

What condition are items in?

We take great care to clean and sterilize all of our eyewear using ultrasonic cleaning tools so they arrive in like-new condition.

How long can I keep my glasses?

You can keep the pair for as long as you want, as long as your membership is in good standing. Keep them for a week, a season, or forever – it's up to you!

How do I swap my eyewear?

Pick out a new pair and complete the checkout through the website. Send back your current pair using the pre-paid USPS return label we provided or can print a new one by clicking here. Your new pair will ship out once we receive your current pair. The swap process should take about one week.

How will I be billed?

You will automatically be charged every 30 days from when you sign up. Your membership will not expire unless you contact us to cancel.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel any time. Just email us at help@endlesseyewear.com. Please return your current pair before the end of your current billing period to avoid additional fees. If we don't receive your items by the end of your billing period, we'll charge you for the next month's fee. We'll send you email reminders so that you don't forget to return your items.

Is Endless Eyewear available internationally?

No, Endless Eyewear is currently only available in the United States. We hope to add additional countries in the future. Please contact us to let us know if you are interested so we can prioritize your country as we expand.
